I understand that the last day to submit an application for Q1-Q2 is May 1st, 2026 OR when funds are exhausted, whichever comes first.

I understand that I will receive a decision on my application within ~20 business days.

I understand that if approved, I will receive reimbursement for Q1-Q2 ONLY if receipts & tracking are submitted before June 9th, 2026

I understand that the maximum amount I can be reimbursed for is 75% of my franchise's previous year's NAF contribution.
